Your Flow Studio offers energy healing, private/group yoga classes, and intuitive guidance. Scroll down for pricing (if viewing from your mobile device).

Reiki therapy is gentle in action, so for that reason three or more sessions (1-2 weeks apart) are recommended to initiate the desired changes towards one’s goals.

There is a 10-20% discounted price on three, five, or seven in-person session packages.
